Significant growth for Trendlog

At the family business Trendlog we have for a long time only been two people to keep the business going. We started the business in 2017 and have been hard working ever since, resulting in a bustle making it possible for us to invite more people onboard the data-ship.
This is happening as aneffort to take the Trendlog company (and our products) to a whole other level with even greater offerings to the companies.
From 2 to 7
When November 1st enrolled we were two employees at Trendlog but by the time we got to November 16th, we were seven. For a while, we felt the need for more competent employees and after a two week work-vacation by the Danish west coast, we had figured out exactly what we were looking for, and what skills the new employees should possess.
Their core qualities were important because we wanted to make sure our new team could reach our growth-based goals.
Our network turned out better than we expected and we quickly found five people for the job, each with their own set of core qualities.
The new employees with contribute with knowledge and skills in the fields of:
- Automation and implementation
- Development and programming
- Technical support
- AI (Artificial Intelligence)
No more obstacles
When a business is in growth, more customers will be attracted and the need for support and development increases, which is why it at times can be a challenge to get everything done. We realized that we should have hired more people if we still wanted to be able to provide service, support and development to the same extent that we have been offering up until now. While building the business significantly.
Our new programmer will assist in developing our Trendlog-platform and make adjustments after our customers’ needs. René, our new salesman, will be in charge of sales and help us reach out to the many companies interested in a better insight of taking advantage of equipment and machinery.

Significant growth for Trendlog
We are very excited of what the future has in store for Trendlog. New actions are on their way, with the purpose of taking Trendlog to new heights – both in terms of development of the Trendlog-platform and the functions giving our nations and international customers an overview of their production and insight in terms of the possibilities of optimization.
