How does the service department know which spare parts they are supposed to have in stock?

As part of our Maintenance Planner, you can create lists of spare parts for every unit, machine, or system that you plan to do service on. This list will be sent to the relevant purchasing manager, who can make sure to buy spare parts so that they are available on the day when service, inspection or repairs are to be carried out.
